Their fully welded, boxed, CNC laser cut and brake formed steel plate construction is internally braced with multiple ribs to offer significantly improved strength over the stock Tacoma LCAs. Featuring a high ground clearance design, specially angled plates also allow the arms to easily slide over larger obstacles out on the trail. CNC machined forged steel ball joint housings maintain the highest possible ground clearance while also ensuring strength and appropriate CV boot clearance on 4WD Tacoma models. Rather than using traditional top mounted coilover mounting tabs, these LCAs utilize recessed coilover mounts, further increasing strength and providing race inspired styling. Their incorporated secondary shock mounting tabs tie seamlessly into the ICON S2 Secondary Shock System for a fully bolt-on installation of multiple secondary shock options to effectively double the shock damping ability of the front suspension and improve off-road performance. Included with all components and hardware necessary for a complete install, these billet UCAs are the perfect upgrade for the 2021-2023 Ford Raptor. Delta Joint PRO is ICON's innovative new suspension articulation joint which combines the durability and longevity of factory style ball joints with performance and strength that exceeds traditional motorsports-style ball joints. Strength and durability are improved by using a larger ball with 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, along with improved lubrication sealing. But improved performance is at the heart of the Delta Joint PRO, with a full 90 degrees of articulation, from one extreme to the other. This represents a 14% improvement in range of motion, over the highly capable original Delta Joint, allowing for maximum bind-free suspension movement through the complete range of travel. The Delta Joint PRO is built to take the abuse, with a chromoly ball and shaft that has a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The replaceable races are made of graphite-impregnated sintered metal, machined to the finest tolerance to provide a flawless, metal-to-metal bearing interface. NEW: 2021-23 Ford F150 Billet Shackle & Leaf Pack 2.5-3in Suspension Systems
ICON Vehicle Dynamics introduces complete Suspension Systems for 2021-23 Ford F150 4WD standard editions (3.5 to 4.5-inch) and Tremor edition (2.5 to 3-inch) featuring our Raptor Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Springs. To make these high performance rear leaf springs possible in non-Raptor trucks we've developed a set of billet 1" drop shackles, which are included in each of these suspension systems and also available as a stand-alone product. The rest of the components that make up these systems have been previously introduced, so let's take a closer look at the Billet Shackles themselves before moving on to the complete kits. 91001 10-23 FORD F-SERIES BILLET 1" LOWERING SHACKLE KIT Dial in your Ford F150 or F250's rear suspension height for leveling or to match suspension lift components for a lifted, level ride. These shackles yield 1" of drop in the rear suspension height. CNC machined billet aluminum construction is both great looking and durable. A factory style bonded bushing provides maintenance-free, quiet operation.
