All feature our high clearance 4-inch drop front crossmember kit including a differential skid plate and ductile iron steering knuckles. The crossmember and knuckles drop the front differential 4 inches to preserve CV-joint operating angles, achieving maximum travel while being safe on components and providing great handling characteristics both on- and off-road. VIEW DETAILS ICON Alloys Recon PRO with InnerLock™ & HALO Technology The ultimate wheel for any 4X4 truck, Jeep, Bronco or SUV, Recon PRO features InnerLock™ D.O.T.-compliant bead-retention technology, replaceable HALO Wheel Armor and aggressive 16-spoke styling. Recon PRO is initially available in 17 X 8.5" size for popular 5-, 6- and 8-lug applications. Available wheel finishes are Charcoal and Satin Black, and come with preinstalled HALO Wheel Armor in Satin Black, with the option to order replacement armor sets in Satin Black or Raw Aluminum. VIEW DETAILS 2021-23 Ford F150 4.5" Suspension Systems ICON is proud to introduce a range of 4.5-inch Complete Suspension System "Stage" kits for 2021 and newer Ford F150. All of these kits feature performance-proven ICON 2.5 Vehicle Series Front Coilovers and Rear Shocks, Tubular Front Upper Control Arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO, and Ductile Iron Steering Knuckles. VIEW DETAILS ICON Alloys 18-Inch Recon SLX Recon SLX features aggressive styling with the sharp lines and a concave 16-spoke design. Part of our growing lineup of Recon Series wheels (including our previously introduced 17-inch Recon SLX and the amazing new Recon PRO), this new wheel brings the distinctive Recon design language to a larger 18-inch format. 18-inch Recon SLX is offered in 5- and 6-lug variants with 3,200 lb load rating, and in 8-lug with a generous 4,000-lb load rating. Available in either Satin Black or Charcoal finish, the Recon SLX has a style that is anything but ordinary. NEW: 2021-23 Ford F150 Billet Shackle & Leaf Pack 2.5-3in Suspension Systems
ICON Vehicle Dynamics introduces complete Suspension Systems for 2021-23 Ford F150 4WD standard editions (3.5 to 4.5-inch) and Tremor edition (2.5 to 3-inch) featuring our Raptor Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Springs. To make these high performance rear leaf springs possible in non-Raptor trucks we've developed a set of billet 1" drop shackles, which are included in each of these suspension systems and also available as a stand-alone product. The rest of the components that make up these systems have been previously introduced, so let's take a closer look at the Billet Shackles themselves before moving on to the complete kits. 91001 10-23 FORD F-SERIES BILLET 1" LOWERING SHACKLE KIT Dial in your Ford F150 or F250's rear suspension height for leveling or to match suspension lift components for a lifted, level ride. These shackles yield 1" of drop in the rear suspension height. CNC machined billet aluminum construction is both great looking and durable. A factory style bonded bushing provides maintenance-free, quiet operation. Key Features: Provides 1" of rear suspension drop CNC machined 6061 aircraft grade aluminum Bonded bushing for maintenance-free performance and durability Fits 2010 and newer Ford F150 and F250 trucks ICON designed these billet shackles specifically to make it possible to install ICON Gen2 Raptor Multi-Rate Leaf Packs into 2021-23 F150 Standard or Tremor models. This makes them a perfect complement to our 2.5 VS Front Coilovers. If you're not yet familiar with our Gen2 Raptor Multi-Rate Leaf Pack, here are the pertinent details: 198510 17-20 RAPTOR MULTI RATE LEAF PACK W/ ADD IN LEAF Key Features: 3 user-adjustable spring rates for unique vehicle setups Triple military wrap front eyelet and rear half wrap for increased durability Rebound leaf reduces severe axle wrap Leaf separators and tip inserts reduce noise and friction while increasing ride comfort Direct bolt-in to OEM spring location makes for an easy install "ICON 1K" tested under rigorous off-road conditions to validate tune, performance, strength, and durability The "Multi-Rate" feature of these rear leaf spring packs makes it possible to dial in your truck's rear spring rate/lift height to accommodate a wide range of use cases and weight ranges, from empty-bed weekend warriors to fully outfitted overlanders to tool-laden work trucks, while optimizing suspension performance, wheel travel and ride quality.
