NEW PRODUCTS 2024 Lexus GX550 Coilovers & Complete Suspension Systems ICON is proud to introduce a range of performance suspension components and complete systems for the new 2024 Lexus GX550. Together, these components yield 1.25" to 3" of suspension lift and leveling, to easily fit up to 34" tires* (or larger with some trimming). Performance is built in, with increased suspension travel and improved ride and handling characteristics both on- and off-road. Individual components include 2.5 Vehicle Series front coilovers and rear shocks, billet or tubular upper control arms featuring the incredible Delta Joint Pro, and ICON custom 2" Dual Rate Rear Coil Springs. To assist GX550 owners in building the suspension system to meet their needs we have pre-configured 10 Stages of our Complete Suspension Systems. *For example, you can fit a 285/75/18 or 295/70/18 (34x11.50) tire when installed on an 18x9 wheel with +40mm offset. Featuring the Incredible Delta Joint PRO ICON Upper Control Arms for Lexus GX550 feature the high performance Delta Joint PRO for unmatched range of motion, strength and durability. They're also easily serviceable/rebuildable. Delta Joint PRO is featured in both the tubular and billet versions of our UCA, which are available on their own or as part of our Complete Suspension Systems in Stage 2 and up. Together, these components yield 1.25" to 3" of suspension lift and leveling, to fit up to 34" tires* (or larger with some trimming). Performance is built in, with increased suspension travel and improved ride and handling characteristics both on- and off-road. Top Plate Reinforcement Kit for 2024 Tacoma As much as we love the new 4th Gen Toyota Tacoma, our initial durability testing did reveal one weakness in the OE suspension. We discovered that the front upper shock mount and shock stem bushing may fail under hard use. So we developed this Top Plate Reinforcement Kit to remedy this issue and prevent such damage. It will also capture and retain the shock stem bushing if a failure does occur. ICON recommends this upgrade on any 2024 Tacoma that gets driven vigorously off-road using the OE front coilover shocks. Installation Notes The Top Plate Reinforcement is quick and easy to install, as there is no need to jack up the vehicle or even remove the tire (though we removed the tire for these photos to provide a clear view). Simply remove the three coilover top mount nuts, install the Top Plate Reinforcement, and re-torque the nuts. The reinforcement plate is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum.
