NEW SUSPENSION PRODUCTS FOR 2024 2021-23 Ford F-Series Billet Shackle with 1" Drop & Associated Complete Suspension Systems ICON Vehicle Dynamics introduces complete Suspension Systems for 2021-23 Ford F150 4WD standard editions (3.5 to 4.5-inch) and Tremor edition (2.5 to 3-inch) featuring our Raptor Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Springs. To make these high performance rear leaf springs possible in non-Raptor trucks we've developed a set of billet 1" drop shackles, which are included in each of these suspension systems and also available as a stand-alone product. 2021-Up (Gen 3) Ford Raptor Billet Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO This ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the new Gen3 Ford Raptor with corrected front end geometry, adjustable camber and caster, and improved suspension component clearance. These are constructed of CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum merging light weight with high strength properties. Replacing the OE ball joint with the ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. FK Rod End 7/8” heim joints provide precise and smooth function throughout the range of travel while ICON’s signature double adjuster sleeve allows for on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. Included with all components and hardware necessary for a complete install, these billet UCAs are the perfect upgrade for the 2021-2023 Ford Raptor. 2005-23 Toyota Tacoma Lower Control Arm Kit The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Lower Control Arm Kit is designed to be the ultimate stock width replacement control arm upgrade. Their fully welded, boxed, CNC laser cut and brake formed steel plate construction is internally braced with multiple ribs to offer significantly improved strength over the stock Tacoma LCAs. ICON has optimized spring rate, ride height and valving to the specific needs of the gas and diesel engine versions of these trucks. And for your ordering convenience, we've pre-configured 13 Stages of our Complete Suspension Systems featuring an array of performance variants to choose from. 2024 Toyota Tacoma Top Plate Reinforcement Kit As much as we love the new 4th Gen Toyota Tacoma, our initial durability testing did reveal one weakness in the OE suspension. We discovered that the front upper shock mount and shock stem bushing may fail under hard use. So we developed this Top Plate Reinforcement Kit to remedy this issue and prevent such damage. Check out this video that shows us discovering the issue in real time, then developing this inexpensive upgrade that is essential for any 2024 Tacoma running the factory suspension components off-road: This kit supports and reinforces the factory upper shock mount. It will also capture and retain the shock stem bushing if a failure does occur. ICON recommends this upgrade on any 2024 Tacoma that gets driven vigorously off-road using the OE front coilover shocks. 2023 Chevy Colorado (Standard Track Width) 2.5 VS Coilovers & Complete Suspension Systems ICON is proud to introduce a range of performance suspension components and complete systems for the new 2023 Chevy Colorado (standard track width models*). The inner tie rod and ball stud is CNC machined from 4140 chromoly with metal-on-metal bearing surfaces for durability that far exceeds the plastic inner races of the factory components. The adjustment threads are also beefier. The outer tie rod is forged steel and houses a beefy, metal on metal tie rod end that is greaseable for extended service life. These tie rods are designed for fitment around factory wheel offsets and include inner tie rod boots to protect the steering rack from dirt and debris. 2024 Toyota Landcruiser 250 Coilovers & Complete Suspension Systems ICON is proud to introduce a range of performance suspension components and complete systems for the new 2024 Toyota Landcruiser 250. Together, these components yield 1.25" to 3" of suspension lift and leveling, to fit up to 34" tires* (or larger with some trimming). Performance is built in, with increased suspension travel and improved ride and handling characteristics both on- and off-road. This all-new gold anodized finish matches ICON shock absorbers for a splash of color in the wheel well and provides a custom appearance to any build. Gold Anodized is initially available on Upper Control Arms for the 2024 Toyota Tacoma, 24 Land Cruiser 250 (LC250) and 24 Lexus GX550. It's also available on Upper Rear Suspension Links and Lower Rear Suspension Links for 2024 Tacoma, 22-24 Tundra and 23-24 Sequoia. 2024 Toyota Tacoma Rear Hydraulic Bump Stop System While the factory rear bump stops do a satisfactory job of absorbing impacts on a street driven truck, ICON found that there was much room for improvement during spirited driving in rough, off-road terrain. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024 Toyota Tacoma Rear Hydraulic Bump Stop System was designed to take the off-road capability of the truck to new levels by significantly improving the bottom-out control of the rear suspension and reducing rear end kick. Like all ICON hydraulic bumps stops, these feature both velocity and position sensitive technology which means that as the shaft speed increases and moves through the travel, the damping force increases exponentially to provide excellent bottoming resistance that won’t negatively affect articulation. 2017-24 Ford F450/F550 Centerline Through-Shaft Steering Stabilizer The ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer features a through-shaft design to eliminate the push/pull sensation associated with traditional steering stabilizers, resulting in more consistent damping and symmetrical steering feel throughout the input range. The large 2.5-inch diameter stabilizer body and piggyback reservoir increases fluid volume to prevent performance fade due to heat and cavitation. This unit provides a significant increase in steering damping compared to the stock equipment, for an improved driving experience with both stock size and oversize aftermarket wheels and tires. The kit also allows for increased steering travel compared to other aftermarket steering stabilizers. The stabilizer body shares components with ICON's proven 2.5 Series shock absorbers, meaning the unit is fully rebuildable. 2.5 Series features a 6061 hard anodized aluminum shock body for excellent corrosion resistance and a beefy 7/8” chrome plated induction-hardened steel shaft. FK Rod End bearings provide precise function & feel throughout steering range. Installation is 100% bolt-on using common hand tools and should be an easy job for both professional mechanics and experienced DIY'ers. 2021-Up Ford Bronco CDXS Coilovers & Complete Suspension Systems ICON Vehicle Dynamics is proud to introduce CDXS Compression Damping Dual Speed coilovers and complete suspension system for 2021-Up Ford Bronco. With independent compression damping adjustability for both high speed and low speed shock velocity, CDXS represents the next evolution in vehicle suspension, allowing drivers to fine-tune their vehicle's performance, optimizing both normal driving conditions and more aggressive scenarios. With CDXS, ICON Vehicle Dynamics delivers a comprehensive solution for all driving styles and terrains. With the all-new CDXS system from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, we've taken the low-speed knob found in our proven CDCV system and refined it with finer adjustment increments in the low-speed range of the shock. We then added a high-speed knob to adjust the upper limit of force the shock can generate, allowing drivers to fully tune the shock's compression damping performance over a wide range of driving scenarios. Gen 3 Raptor Triple Rate Rear Coil Springs ICON Triple Rate rear coil springs for 2021-2024 Ford F-150 Raptor provide a modest increase in ground clearance while greatly enhancing on- and off-road performance, especially when used with ICON shocks and suspension components. The triple-rate coil design combines a performance ride rate for compliance and comfort, with an overload rate for load and bottom out resistance, and an extra soft initial rate for maximum droop travel. A unique tapered wire design helps achieve maximum travel and efficiency and an extra-long free height ensures the coils stay seated in their coil buckets for up to 17” of droop travel. In addition, these springs are also designed to net 1" of rear lift on a stock weight Gen3 Raptor for a more aggressive stance and increased fender clearance for larger wheels and tires. "Overland" version (p/n 95231) offers the same lift and performance with an additional constant load of 300 lbs in the rear of the truck to accommodate extra gear.
