NEW PRODUCT: 2021-23 Ford F150 Tremor 3

ICON is proud to introduce a range of 3-inch Complete Suspension System "Stage" kits for 2021 and newer Ford F150 Tremor. All of these kits feature performance-proven ICON 2.5 Vehicle Series Front Coilovers and Rear Shocks and Tubular Front Upper Control Arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO. Stage Features All Stages feature ICON 2.5 VS Front Coilovers which provide a 20% increase in travel over stock while imparting superior ride quality and off-road handling. ICON Vehicle Series shocks are custom tuned for each specific vehicle application to maximize suspension performance. All stages also feature ICON Tubular or Billet Front Upper Control Arms to provide bind-free travel as well as caster correction to maintain superior drivability. The Delta Joint Pro is greaseable, serviceable, and carries a 1-year limited warranty. Each Stage offers key, incremental performance enhancements to meet any level of budget or performance expectations. Higher Stages feature larger rear shocks, remote shock reservoirs and both manual compression adjustment (CDCV) or the fully automatic, on-the-fly tuning of the incredible CDEV system. The docuseries follows the team's epic adventure detailing their experiences and trials and tribulations both as individuals and as a team. Overland Expo West - Flagstaff, AZ

IT'S A MAD MAD WORLD Overland Expo West 2023 was bigger than ever. And with that brought big vehicles to the little town of Flagstaff; all loaded with everything you could think of to bring the comforts of home on the trail. Honestly, we can't blame the type. You know them. The friend that's ready for literally anything. But is it mad to love a soft bed and steak dinner miles away from pollution under the glittery starry sky? We think so. Because its mad-awesome! Here are a few hardcore enthusiasts (and friends) who are as equally passionate about comfort as they are about adventure:   Meet Tom Freismuth @mad_yeti_ and his 2023 Toyota Sequoia. Equipped with ICON Stage 8 3-4.5" Billet suspension system and ICON Alloys 18" Compression wheels featuring our newly released Double Black finish. The build is clean and mean! It was a show stopper at the event. Between it and Freismuth's 9.5 ft stature (kidding), no one could miss this display! Including Overland Expo staff who named this ride a top five build at the show. Our friends at KC HilLites topped that with a top three honor, too!   Enter Robert Daharsh @waltzingmatildajt and his 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Equipped with ICON Stage 8 2.5" Billet suspension system, ICON Alloys 17" Rebound Pro wheels with Innerlock Technology, and front and rear ICON Impact Pro Series JT bumpers. 2024 TACOMA UPDATE!

  APRIL SHOWERS BROUGHT US THE 4TH GEN TACOMA Officially unveiled by Toyota at the Overland Expo West event on May 19th, the highly anticipated new generation Tacoma models made quite the splash to show goers who showed up in numbers despite the inclement weather.   A quick rundown on the Engine, Trans and Performance: Each are equipped with a turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder. However, that power will come in several forms and coupled with either an eight-speed automatic transmission or a six-speed manual. It will be available in two- and four-wheel drive. The base model 228-hp turbo four is only found in the SR, and the rest of the lineup gets stronger variations with up to 278 horsepower and 317 pound-feet. The iForce Max promotes 326 hp and 465 pound-feet through its hybrid setup. All models feature a body-on-frame construction, there will be two rear suspension offerings. The SR, SR5 extended cab, and the TRD PreRunner are equipped with leaf springs – the rest will kick it up a notch with coil springs. ICON Alloys Recon SLX The all-NEW RECON SLX keeps the sharp lines, concave 16-spoke design, and "ICON-optimized" styling of any classic ICON wheel but features a smooth lip and NEW ICON embossed cap design. This new wheel is designed not only to improve the look of your vehicle, but the overall function as well. Available in Satin Black and Charcoal finishes, the RECON SLX has a style that is anything but ordinary. 2008-Up Ford Super Duty 2" Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Pack ICON's 2" Rear Leaf Expansion Pack provides increased suspension lift and better ride quality for lifted 2008 and newer Ford Super Duty trucks. The Expansion Pack is designed to replace and improve the center leaves of the stock leaf spring pack while retaining the factory main leaf and overload leaves. This makes the Expansion Pack both cost-effective and an easier installation as it doesn't require complete removal of the leaf spring main leaf from the spring hanger and shackle. The additional leaves included in the pack are designed to optimize ride quality and reduce axle wrap versus lift blocks. The design also shifts the overload transition point to improve small bump compliance. 2020-23 Ford Ranger UCAs & Suspension System Stages 2 through 8 for trucks with OE Steel Knuckles ICON is rounding out our suspension compatibility for late 5th-Gen Ford Ranger with the introduction of Upper Control Arms to fit the 2020-23 Rangers that came from the factory equipped with STEEL steering knuckles. Sometime during the 2020 model year ford switched to a steel knuckle (from aluminum) which had a slightly different tapered bore for the upper ball joint. Existing ICON UCA's (and the associated Suspension Systems) were only compatible with the aluminum knuckles. This New Product Release adds compatibility with the steel knuckle equipped Rangers. NEW PRODUCTS - 2021-Up Ford Bronco Heavy Rate Rear Coilovers

ICON Vehicle Dynamics introduces our Heavy Rate Rear Coilover Spring for 2021-23 Ford Broncos equipped with ICON Coilovers. This is a dual rate coil that provides extra weight capacity for those who frequently load out their Broncos with extra gear and equipment while maintaining excellent on- and off-road performance characteristics. Heavy Rate Rear Coils are available as a retrofit kit for those who already own ICON rear coilovers, and as "Heavy Rate" versions of our assembled Coilovers and Complete Suspension Systems. LOAD UP FOR ADVENTURE ICON Heavy Rate Rear Coil Springs will result in a slight positive rake when the Bronco is unloaded. Actual numbers will vary for each individual Bronco. But the ICON 4-Door Badlands, which is equipped with the ICON Stage 8 Suspension System with Heavy Rate Rear Coils has a modest 1° positive rake with no extra cargo. Note that the Bronco is equpped with a 37" spare tire and an ICON Impact steel plate rear bumper. With a moderate load-out of 150 lbs. added to the rear cargo area, the Bronco squats just over a half inch, approaching a near-level rake of just 0.4°. To simulate a heavier load-out that is more typical of overlanders and others who carry lots of extra gear, we loaded the Bronco up with 280 lbs. in the cargo area and 520 lbs. in the rear seat area, for a total of 800 lbs. of extra weight. This lowered the rear ride height by 2" compared to unloaded, resulting in a slight -0.4° negative rake. Heavy Rate is a perfect all-around rear coil spring for those who either keep their Broncos heavily loaded full time, or only for occasional expeditions but want to maintain the best possible performance across various load-out scenarios.   HEAVY RATE REAR COIL SPRING RETROFIT KIT 48200 21-23 BRONCO HEAVY RATE REAR COIL KIT The Heavy Rate Rear Coil Spring Kit is used to retrofit existing ICON Rear Coilovers to the Heavy Rate specification. ICON Vehicle Dynamics has developed our two most popular performance steering stabilizer kits for the 2023 and newer Ford Super Duty Pickup platform. Both the ICON Dual 2.0 Steering Stablizer Kit and the ICON 2.5 Centerline Steering Stablizer are now available for the current models of Ford 3/4-ton and 1-ton trucks. Through-Shaft Steering Stabilizer Kit 65053 23 FSD Centerline Steering Stabilizer The ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer features a through-shaft design to eliminate the push/pull sensation associated with traditional steering stabilizers, resulting in more consistent damping and symmetrical steering feel throughout the input range. The large 2.5-inch diameter stabilizer body and piggyback reservoir increases fluid volume to prevent performance fade due to heat and cavitation. This unit provides a significant increase in steering damping compared to the stock equipment, for an improved driving experience with both stock size and oversize aftermarket wheels and tires.
