NEW PRODUCT: ICON ALLOYS ‘REBOUND’ WHEEL

ICON Alloys is excited to announce the arrival of our latest wheel design, the ‘Rebound’. Combining sharp lines, a concave spoke design, and “ICON-optimized” dimensions, this new wheel is designed not only to improve the looks of your Jeep, truck, or SUV, but the overall function of the vehicle as well. Staying true to the ICON Alloys approach, the 17” Rebound has been engineered to maximize caliper clearance and optimize wheel position for un-hindered suspension travel and steering function. Backspace and wheel offset dimensions have been strategically developed to reduce scrub radius, improving all-around handling and ride quality. With build features such as these, and strength properties above the industry standard, a set of ICON Alloys Rebound wheels is the perfect complement to an ICON Vehicle Dynamics suspension system. About ICON Alloys Developed by ICON Vehicle Dynamics (manufacturers of industry-leading performance suspension systems and shock absorbers) ICON Alloys was established with an objective to provide the off-road market quality wheels built with precision, performance, and strength in mind. Time after time in the development of suspension components the ICON R&D team ran into clearance, fitment, and steering geometry issues that limited the drivability and performance of a given vehicle. As this trend continued, the idea of manufacturing a line of wheels with the “form follows function” approach made more and more sense, and off to the drawing board it was… Precision Application-specific dimensions optimize vehicle dynamics and tire clearance for many of today’s most popular vehicles. Performance Engineered to reduce unsprung weight and rotating mass for increased vehicle performance both on and off-road. Strength Aluminum alloy construction provides high-strength properties that are well suited for heavy off-road abuse.

NEW PRODUCT: 2005-UP TOYOTA TACOMA RXT REAR SUSPENSION SYSTEM

The 2005-UP Toyota Tacoma is an extremely reliable truck that has served as a versatile platform for drivers seeking the ultimate off-road adventure. From the brutal deserts of the Southwest, to the slickrock of Moab, to the wooded trails of the East coast ICON suspension systems have been put to the test and performed flawlessly for this popular Toyota. ICON Vehicle Dynamics’ engineers have pushed this vehicle to extremes in order to develop the most sophisticated suspension components on the market. Unable to leave “well-enough” alone, ICON is once again aiming to raise the bar in Tacoma performance with the introduction of the RXT Rear Suspension System. Through thousands of miles of accelerated testing in our R&D program, ICON has spent over a year identifying limiting factors in OE components and seeking to further extrapolate performance out of this vehicle. In a push to provide unparalleled performance for everything from high-speed desert running to off the grid expedition, the RXT Rear Suspension System was born. The RXT Rear Suspension System includes three all-new 2.5 Series rear shock options and a multi-rate leaf spring that work in conjunction with the ICON rear bump stop kit. Installation of this system replaces the aforementioned “limiting factors” and completely redefines the potential of the 2005-UP Toyota Tacoma with a 20% increase in wheel travel and the ability to adjust the leaf spring rate to compensate for varying vehicle setups. ICON RXT Multi-Rate Leaf Spring To take advantage of the additional travel that the RXT Rear Suspension System offers, ICON engineers had to scrap the OE leaf springs and develop a replacement that addressed issues found in the R&D process. The result is a user-adjustable multi-rate leaf pack that offers a major performance gain for almost every Tacoma setup imaginable. Features like tip inserts and leaf separators reduce friction and increase ride comfort, while a military wrapped front eyelet improves the durability and strength of the leaf spring. To increase the ride quality of the truck and gain additional droop travel, the spring rate has been lowered slightly. While many Tacoma owners will embrace this, there are those who have outfitted their trucks with a significant amount of weight in the form of a bed rack, roof top tent, spare tires and parts or other additions. Understanding this, the leaf pack was designed with an additional leaf (included with kit) that can be exchanged or added to the pack yielding an additional 10% or 20% spring rate that will handle more “outfitted” vehicles. ICON RXT Rear Shocks To complete the RXT Rear Suspension System, three new shock options were developed that could control the suspension throughout this new range of travel. These options include a 2.5 Series remote reservoir shock, a 2.5 Series CDC Valve shock, and a two-tube Omega bypass that provide unique levels of performance to the rear end of the Tacoma. The increase in wheel travel was answered with a unique side-mount eyelet approach that allowed ICON engineers to develop a shock that is shorter in collapsed length, longer at extension, and still fits in the factory mounting location. A large ten-inch remote reservoir was added to aid in heat dissipation and resist shock fade during spirited driving. ICON Hydraulic Rear Bump Stop Kit The job of the bump stop is to control and limit the final position of the suspension during up-travel. The factory rubber bump stops have a limited energy absorption capacity and an uncontrolled release of this energy upon rebound – translating into a harsh ride and poor handling during spirited driving in rough terrain. ICON’s Tacoma Rear Bump Stop Kit absorbs and releases this energy in a much more controlled manner resulting in predictable handling and vehicle dynamics. Like all ICON hydraulic bump stops, these feature velocity sensitive technology which means that as the shaft speed increases the damping ability ramps up to provide excellent bottoming resistance that won’t negatively affect articulation. ICON products are all proudly made in the USA at our Southern California based facility by a dedicated team of off-road enthusiasts. With a reputation for quality, performance, and service it’s clear that ICON Vehicle Dynamics is the top choice for performance suspension systems and shock absorbers for the 2005-UP Toyota Tacoma. Key Features ICON RXT Multi-Rate Leaf Spring 3 user-adjustable spring rates for unique vehicle configurations Military wrap front eyelet for increased durability Galvanized leaf separators reduce friction and aid in corrosion resistance Leaf tip inserts reduce noise and increase ride comfort Potential for increased wheel travel (when used with RXT shock) without sacrificing up-travel “ICON 1K” tested under rigorous off-road conditions to validate tune, performance, strength, and durability Direct bolt-in to OEM spring location makes for an easy install ICON RXT Rear Shock Unique side-mounted lower eyelet allows for increased travel while utilizing factory mounting location Vehicle-specific tuned shocks provide increased damping and oil volume CDC Valve technology allows for 10 settings of quick and easy compression damping adjustment Omega Series two-tube bypass allows for 24 settings of compression and rebound damping adjustment Easy-to-adjust detented knobs offer quick adjustability without the use of tools 10” aluminum reservoirs provide generous oil and nitrogen volume for consistent damping as shock temperature increases Shocks are fully rebuildable and revalveable Simple and straightforward installation “ICON 1K” tested under rigorous off-road conditions to validate tune, performance, strength, and durability Made in the USA ICON Hydraulic Rear Bump Stop Kit 2.5” travel bump stop reduces rear end ‘kick’ and improves overall performance Position sensitive technology exponentially increases bottom-out resistance Vehicle specific bump stop tune to provide smooth engagement and best ride quality Direct bolt-in to OEM bump stop location makes for an easy and straightforward install Heavy duty 1 ¼” CNC machined nitro steel shaft Multi-stage CAD plated body for maximum corrosion resistance Double sealed high pressure Schrader valve Operating range of 50 – 250 PSI Replaceable noise reducing striker pad Fully serviceable “ICON 1K” tested under rigorous off-road conditions to validate tune, performance, strength, and durability Made in the USA

TEAM ICON 2017 | LOORRS RD.3, RD.4 RECAP

The Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series headed over the border for Round 3 and 4 of the 2017 season, and Team ICON racers Eric Barron (Pro 4), Jeremy McGrath (Pro 2), and Brock Heger (Pro Lite) showed up to Estero Beach, MX ready to race. With all Team ICON racers on the podium on Saturday, the weekend was a solid showing for ICON Vehicle Dynamics, ICON Alloys, and the talented gentlemen behind the wheel. JM2 Team Dominates Round 3 The JM2 team took things to another level on Saturday at Round 3 of the Lucas Oil Series. Both Jeremy McGrath and Brock Heger started on the pole and took the WIN in dramatic fashion. The Maxxis tires, ICON Vehicle Dynamics, Safecraft, Airaid trucks were working perfect all weekend in Estero Beach on a very technical, rough and unpredictable track. “My Pro Lite was working amazing all weekend. This track is unlike any other race during the year. Set up is everything! I think Jeremy and I have an advantage with awesome support from Maxxis Tires and ICON Suspension guys here at the race making sure we have what we need.” Heger said after his race on Sunday. Brock Heger had a 1st and a 3rd on the weekend and remains the series points leader. Jeremy McGrath's Challenging Weekend Jeremy McGrath had a stellar weekend in Mexico getting the WIN on Saturday and posting the fastest qualifying lap on Sunday. The Inversion was 6 so Jeremy would be pushed back to the outside of row 3 on the start, bummer!!! “Starting from the 6th position is hard to come back from at any race, but Mexico is the hardest. The roost was insane and I did my best to charge to the front. I had some heavy contact in turn three that left me with a bent tie rod. The truck was difficult to keep straight and a 5th was the best we could do today. My team did an amazing job, it was great to have my family here and the people in Baja are so welcoming! We sure do love Mexico and the WIN on Saturday felt great! Big Thank You to Maxxis tires, ICON Vehicle Dynamics, Safecraft, Airair, Bluemedia, Traxxas, Rigid, Gibson Exhaust, MPI, Rugged Radio, 3M wraps and the Lucas Oil off road racing crew for putting on a great race!” Jeremy said in a post-race interview on Sunday. NEW PRODUCT: 2017-UP FORD RAPTOR ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT COLLAR

ICON Vehicle Dynamics is proud to introduce the latest addition to the IVD Leveling Suspension product line, the 2017-UP Ford Raptor Attitude Adjustment Collar. The ICON Attitude Adjustment Collar (AAC) is an industry first, patent pending multi-height coil spring collar that works in conjunction with a top load shim that can be configured in five unique ways to yield .5” to 2.25” of front lift height over stock. Taking the front end dimensions of the “Gen 2” Raptor into account, the collar and shim design of this leveling system achieves this range of lift height while keeping the OE shock in the ride zone, maintaining factory ride quality. Other options on the market produce lift height solely through coil preload, which places the shock in the rebound zone at ride height and drastically impacts ride quality and performance in a negative manner. Installation of this leveling system requires no disassembly of the shock, making it a simple and straightforward process as opposed to other options currently available. CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum construction and a black anodized finish mean this product can stand up to the test of time in the harshest on and off-road conditions. Made in the USA and backed by ICON’s limited lifetime warranty, the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Attitude Adjustment Collar is the best leveling solution on the market for the 2017-UP Ford Raptor. TEAM 5 MEDICAL FOUNDATION – GOING PLACES WHERE MEDICINE HAS NEVER GONE

Eric Linder, founder of Team 5 Medical Foundation says, “In order to be involved, you must first show up.” That may sound simple, until you see some of the locations where Team 5 Medical has been deployed: the Amazon jungle in Peru, rainforest in Guatemala, and the island of Grenadines. The reality is that they purposely plan their missions to go into high-risk locales—places that have never been touched by modern medicine. Once there, transportation often includes flying, driving, riding, paddling, trekking and 4×4’ing for countless hours into thick jungles where GPS doesn’t work, with no electricity, no running water and no indoor plumbing. Team 5 is committed to reach the overlooked, remote and forgotten places around the globe where other organizations aren’t willing to visit. The Team 5 Medical team consists of a volunteer group of hand-selected medical and survival experts who educate local healthcare workers, provide medical and dental assistance (including plastic surgery and reconstructive procedures), and they donate supplies so these areas can become more self-sufficient. In most cases, these indigenous people have never seen a medical practitioner before in their life. The bottom line: Team 5 does the impossible and changes lives by going where no one else dares to deploy. THE JUNGLE WAS THE LEAST OF THEIR WORRIES — PROVIDING AID TO THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF PERU In a recent deployment, Team 5 traveled to a remote Peruvian village in the heart of the most conflict-affected region of that country—the Apurimac, Ene and Mantaro River Valley—considered a “red zone” by the U.S. Government. They were the first trailblazers to enter this region because of the military threats. 35 commandos accompanied Team 5 to ensure they were safe from those involved in narcotics trafficking, and from the guerrilla group known as the Shining Path, who declared war on the state of Peru in 1980. In fact, upon approaching the village, the commandos conducted a sweep of the area, seizing a significant amount of C4 explosives, weapons and equipment used in the production of cocaine—all just a short distance from where Team 5 would be operating. “With the help of the Peruvian military, Team 5 was able to treat 540 clinic patients, de-worm over 500 patients, treat 45 dental patients, perform surgery on 11 locals, distribute 100 pairs of reading glasses to those in need, hand out 150 solar powered luminAID lights to villagers without power, and teach 27 medics life-saving techniques… in a week,” said Ranger Medic, Doc Jenkins. For this trip, the U.S. State Department advised Team 5 to stay home—Eric Linder thought otherwise and the results were well worth the risk. ENLISTING THE EXPERTISE OF EXPEDITION OVERLAND For Team 5’s last two deployments, the team from Expedition Overland has lent their support, providing off-roading expertise to help the team reach the remote locations, along with chronicling the deployment via video and pictures. If you’re not familiar with Expedition Overland, they are an organization that produces reality-based web series showing the adventures of their expedition crew of overlanders and their outfitted vehicles through some of the most remote places of North and Central America. Their desire for exploration and adventure is at the heart of their videos—except when they’re working with Team 5—then, their goal is to get the team to their destination and back in one piece. An important aspect of each deployment is that Team 5 brings in the supplies they need to perform medical and dental procedures, as well as bringing additional medical supplies and equipment that are donated to the villages when they leave. Plus, Team 5 trains the locals how to use the equipment they leave behind, which has a positive effect on the health of these indigenous people. Expedition Overland’s film crew documents these deployments so others can see the challenges and mishaps that take place along the way, along with providing the personal insights into the struggles, successes and experiences of Team 5 on their deployments. DISASTER DEPLOYMENT IN THE U.S.: TEAM 5 FOUNDATION’S “QUICK RESPONSE FORCE” TUNDRA TRD PRO The mission statement of Team 5 Foundation is, “In order to be involved, you must first show up.” While they are experts at planning international deployments, Team 5 realized that they weren’t as well equipped to handle domestic emergencies. The concept of the “Quick Response Force” Tundra was created after people asked why Team 5 didn’t do more missions stateside. “The biggest roadblock was transportation and the right equipment,” said Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Eric Linder. So Linder talked to Sgt. Dakota Meyer, a Medal of Honor recipient who partners with Toyota and Hiring Our Heroes, as well as with Team 5 Medical. Sgt. Meyer discussed the concept with Toyota, who responded by donating a 2016 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro truck. Working with Findlay Toyota in Henderson, Nevada and also Divine 1 Customs, the Team 5 Toyota Platinum Tundra was modified into a “TRD Pro” Tundra. Modification included a dual exhaust system, skid plates, a shift knob, and the well-known “TOYOTA” grille to truly go places where very few other vehicles can go. It carries enough gear and supplies to sustain a team of 5 for 30 days, including: personal safety gear, tents, sleeping bags, dehydrated food, clean water, etc. By adding the “Quick Response Force” modified Tundra TRD Pro to their garage, following a domestic disaster, Team 5 can deploy the truck from Las Vegas (Team 5’s headquarters) with a one- or two-member team, who can then meet with the other team members onsite. So now, should there be a domestic disaster, they can roll out when needed here in the States with their Special Forces Medical Members, to help provide an expert level of assistance. Team 5 Foundation “Quick Response Force” 2016 Toyota Tundra The QRF Tundra utilizes the following ICON components: 2.5 Series Coilovers w/ CDC Valve 2.5 Series Rear Shocks w/ CDC Valve Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arm Kit Prototype Rear Leaf Spring Prototype Rear Bump Stop Kit ICON Alloys 17″ ‘Six Speed’ Wheels, Gunmetal Finish

NEW PRODUCT: 2007-UP TOYOTA TUNDRA 3.0 SERIES COILOVER KIT

The 2007-UP Toyota Tundra is an awesome truck considering the powerful 5.7 drivetrain option, sturdy body-on-frame construction, and the Toyota reputation for performance and reliability. The big Toyota pickup can quite easily become a serious off-roader when equipped with the proper combination of aftermarket parts to realize the wheel travel that the vehicle is capable of. For years, a Tundra with an ICON upper control arm, 2.5 coilovers, and ICON rear shocks could easily exceed the capabilities of any slightly modified “stock” truck out there. More recently, however, new contenders in the pickup truck segment have raised the bar for what’s to be expected from a truck with little to no modification once off the dealer’s lot. Realizing this, ICON is proud to announce the release of our new 3.0 Series coilover for the 2007-UP Tundra. While ICON’s 2.5 Series coilovers are an excellent choice for drivers looking for a great all-around performance upgrade, there are a select few Tundra owners seeking to drive their vehicles in a manner and in terrain that beckons for more. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2007-UP Toyota Tundra 3.0 Series Coilover Kit was designed to take the off-road capability of the truck to new levels by significantly improving the damping ability and bottom-out control of the front shocks with an internal multi stage bump stop. Compared to the 2.5” diameter coilovers the 3.0 Series shocks see a piston surface area increase of 50% in the ride zone, and 100% in the “Bump Zone”. This translates into increased stability and vehicle control at the extremes of off-road use, with benefits also making themselves apparent in on-road driving conditions. The multi-stage hydraulic Bump Zone featured in these 3.0 Series shocks rapidly increases bottom-out resistance as the shock travels through the last 40% of travel, keeping vehicle dynamics in check during those hard hits or unexpected obstacles. These 3.0 Series coilovers were designed as an OEM shock replacement, making install a simple and straightforward bolt-on affair. Built in ride height adjustability yields 1.63-3.5” of front lift height allowing for the fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. First class ICON manufacturing processes and quality components such as Eibach coil springs and FK Rod End bearings are used to ensure these shocks function to their maximum potential without issue. ICON products are proudly made in the USA at our Southern California based facility by a dedicated team of off-road enthusiasts. With a reputation for quality, performance, and service it’s clear that ICON Vehicle Dynamics is the top choice for performance suspension systems and shock absorbers for the 2007-UP Toyota Tundra. Key Features Significant increase in damping ability for excellent performance in extreme off-road conditions Increased wheel travel and vehicle specific valving provides comfortable and consistent ride quality on and off-road Adjustable coilovers provide 1.63-3.5” of front lift height Direct bolt-in to OEM shock location makes for an easy install ICON’s multi-stage, tuneable hydraulic “Bump Zone” exponentially increases bottom-out resistance in the last 40% of compression travel Easy-to-adjust CDC Valve (Compression Damping Control) allows for end-user compression changes to suit all types of terrain and vehicle cargo configurations 10” aluminum reservoirs provide generous oil and nitrogen volume for consistent damping as shock temperature increases High quality ICON-engineered Eibach springs offer increased travel and performance PTFE lined COM12 spherical bearings ensure maximum strength and durability Heavy duty 1” CNC machined shock shafts Multi stage CAD plated shock body with hard anodized piston and top cap Fully serviceable “ICON 1K” tested under rigorous off-road conditions to validate tune, performance, strength, and durability Made in the USA Tech Info Aftermarket UCA required Sway bar tips must be rounded off for coil cup clearance Wheel & Tire Fitment Info Recommended Wheel: ICON Alloys ‘Six Speed’ | 17×8.5, 5.75” BS, 25mm Offset OEM Wheels & Tires: Yes Aftermarket Wheels: 8-8.5” Wide, 5.75” Backspace Aftermarket Tires: 35 x 12.50 (Larger tires may fit but fender trimming may be required)
