2020–2026 Chevy Silverado & GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD
Complete Suspension Systems
Built for heavy-duty trucks. Tuned for the way you actually use them.
From improved daily-driver control to 3.0-inch shock performance and electronically managed damping, ICON offers a complete suspension path for 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks. Choose the shock platform, adjustment technology, and supporting hardware that match your terrain, load, and performance goals.
1. Choose Your Performance Platform
Start with the shock architecture that matches your truck and how hard you use it. Each platform is vehicle-specific, fully serviceable, and designed to improve control on-road and off-road.
Stages 1–2
2.0 HD VS
Everyday HD performance.
A purpose-built upgrade for heavy-duty trucks that need better control without unnecessary complexity. The 2.0 HD platform combines a 6061-T6 hard-anodized 3/16-inch-wall body, 5/8-inch chrome rod, HD mounting hardware, and 100% rebuildable / revalveable construction.
- ConfigurationsInternal Reservoir or Remote Reservoir
- Front Range0–3.5 in.
- Rear Range0–1.5 in.
Best fit: Daily driving, towing, work use, weekend trails

Stages 3–6
2.5 VS
Performance + adjustability.
The 2.5 VS platform increases piston diameter and oil volume for improved ride quality, heat management, and sustained performance. An internal Bump Zone increases damping force by 20% as the shock approaches full compression, adding control when the truck is pushed hard.
- Available ControlFixed, CDCV, CDXS, or CDEV
- Front Range0–3.5 in.
- Rear Range0–1.5 in. depending on configuration
Best fit: Frequent off-road use, loaded trucks, drivers who want tunability

3.0 Stages 1–3
3.0 VS
Maximum vehicle control.
For the highest-demand GM HD applications, ICON 3.0 VS shocks deliver 50% more piston surface area than the 2.5 series. Increased oil volume and external surface area improve stability, heat dissipation, and fade resistance during sustained hard use.
- Available ControlCDCV, CDXS, or CDEV
- Front Range0–3.5 in.
- Rear Range0–2 in.
Best fit: High-speed terrain, heavy loads, aggressive off-road use, maximum tuning authority

2. Choose Your Damping Technology
Once you choose the shock platform, select how much driver control or electronic adjustment you want built into the system.
Fixed Damping
Vehicle-specific tuning without external adjustment.
ICON engineers the damping around the GM HD platform so you get a meaningful improvement in ride and control with a simple set-it-and-drive-it configuration.
Ideal for: Daily driving, work trucks, towing, and straightforward performance upgrades.
From $2,579.70

CDCV
Manual compression adjustment.
ICON Compression Damping Control Valve technology adds an external reservoir-mounted adjuster so compression damping can be changed to match terrain, payload, or driver preference.
Ideal for: Drivers who want quick, easy manual tuning.
From $4,439.80
Shop CDCV Systems
CDXS
Independent high-speed and low-speed compression control.
CDXS separates high-speed and low-speed compression circuits, allowing more precise tuning of chassis movement and larger suspension impacts.
Ideal for: Experienced drivers who want deeper manual control.
From $4,979.80

CDEV + IIC
Electronic auto-adjustment.
CDEV works with ICON Intelligent Control to automatically adjust compression damping in real time. The system reacts to changing terrain and vehicle inputs while also allowing control and monitoring through the IIC app.
Ideal for: Drivers who want maximum adaptability without stopping to turn shock adjusters.

6. The Engineering Advantage
A heavy-duty truck asks more from its suspension. Vehicle mass, towing, payload, larger tires, long highway miles, and off-road impacts all place different demands on the dampers and chassis. ICON approaches the GM 2500/3500 HD as a complete vehicle-dynamics problem—not simply a lift-height problem.
The lineup scales intentionally. 2.0 HD delivers durable, serviceable everyday performance. 2.5 VS adds piston area, fluid volume, Bump Zone control, and multiple damping technologies. 3.0 VS expands piston surface area by 50% over the 2.5 series for greater stability and fade resistance at the extremes. Billet upper control arms, torsion keys, rear leaf packs, and IIC hardware complete the system around the shocks.
