- APPLICATION NOTE #1: Only fits 4WD models
- APPLICATION NOTE #465: Included caster cams are not compatible with models with manual locking front hub on driver side ONLY. Models without front passenger side locking hub must omit cams and instead require aftermarket radius arms or 4-link conversion for proper wheel alignment, or an upgrade to passenger side manual locking hub for compatibility with caster cams.
- APPLICATION NOTE #679: Only fits 2005-2026 Ford F-450/F-550 Super Duty 4WD models. Will not fit F-250 or F-350.
