NEW PRODUCTS: 2025 Toyota 4Runner 2WD 2.5 VS Suspension Components & Systems

ICON is proud to introduce our comprehensive line of performance suspension components and complete suspension systems specifically engineered for the 2025 Toyota 4Runner 2WD. At the heart of the product range are ICON's proven 2.5 VS coilovers and shocks, which yield 1.25 to 3 inches of lift and superior suspension performance both on- and off-road. These 2WD-specific front coilovers provide increased front suspension travel compared to our 4WD-speific coilovers, as they are not limited by the operating angles of front CV axles. We've also configured 14 Stages of ICON Complete Suspension Systems, which feature incremental additions of billet or tubular UCA's and suspension links, as well as a progression of performance levels for the shocks and coilovers.

Here, you'll find everything you need to market and present these New Products to your customers. NEW: COMPLETE SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

ICON offers a comprehensive lineup of preconfigured Complete Suspension Systems for the 2025 Toyota 4Runner 2WD, featuring the above New Products. Below is a list of all 14 "Stages", along with a brief description of how each Stage builds or improves on the features of the previous stage. For a complete list of product SKUs included in each Stage, as well as product descriptions and notes for each kit, please consult the downloadable assets available via the buttons above.

STAGE 1

Stage 1 is ICON's basic Performance Suspension System for 2025 Toyota 4Runner 2WD. It yields 1-1/4 to 3 inches of front suspension lift and includes 2.5 VS front internal reservoir coilovers engineered specifically for the 2WD 4Runner. The kit is rounded out with ICON 2.0 IR rear shocks and ICON's proprietary Dual Rate Rear Coil Springs.

STAGE 2

Stage 2 adds ICON Upper Control Arms in either Tubular or Billet. Both versions provide caster correction to maintain factory driveability at increased lift heights, while the incredible Delta Joint Pro is greaseable, rebuildable, and provides increased articulation. The CNC-machined billet aluminum UCA's have the added benefit of heavy duty 3/4" heim joints and on-vehicle caster and camber adjustability.

K53422T    25 4RUNNER 2WD 1.25-3" LIFT STAGE 2 SUSPENSION SYSTEM TUBULAR

STAGE 3

Stage 3 builds on the previous stages with the addition of ICON's Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar. The adjustable track bar helps to re-center the rear axle on lifted vehicles, correcting rear suspension geometry and improving ride quality. The CNC-machined billet aluminum track bar includes heavy duty 3/4" heim joints and on-vehicle adjustability.

STAGE 4

Stage 4 takes suspension performance up a notch by adding remote reservoirs to the front coilovers and rear shocks. Reservoirs increase fluid volume and heat dissipation to improve shock performance for prolonged use over rough terrain. Also included are Lower Rear Suspension links in either tubular or billet, to improve rear suspension travel and articulation.

K53424T    25 4RUNNER 2WD 1.25-3" LIFT STAGE 4 SUSPENSION SYSTEM TUBULAR

STAGE 5

Stage 5 steps up to full 2.5 VS shock performance for the rear, to match the 2.5 VS front coilovers. These shocks provide increased fluid volume and piston diameter versus our 2.0 series shocks, improving damping performance and fluid longevity. These rear shocks also feature an internal Bump Zone to increase damping force by 20% as shock travel approaches full compression.

K53425T    25 4RUNNER 2WD 1.25-3" LIFT STAGE 5 SUSPENSION SYSTEM TUBULAR

STAGE 6

Stage 6 builds on the previous stage with the addition of ICON's Billet Adjustable Rear Track Bar. The adjustable track bar helps to re-center the rear axle on lifted vehicles, correcting rear suspension geometry and improving ride quality. The CNC machined billet aluminum track bar includes heavy duty 3/4" heim joints and on-vehicel adjustability.

K53426T    25 4RUNNER 2WD 1.25-3" LIFT STAGE 6 SUSPENSION SYSTEM TUBULAR

STAGE 7

Stage 7 adds Billet or Tubular Lower Rear Suspension links to improve rear suspension travel and articulation. Both tubular and billet feature a maintenance-free, multi-durometer bushing at one end that allows maximum angularity with superior vibration and noise dampening. At the other end, a heavy-duty, PTFE-lined spherical rod end provides increased suspension articulation with reduced deflection for superior handling. In addition, the billet version allows on-vehicle adjustment to dial in link length and pinion angle.

STAGE 8 - CDCV

Compression damping adjustability takes center stage at Stage 8, with ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Control Valve built into each coilover and shock. CDCV provides manual compression damping adjustability using an easy-to-grab adjustment knob located on the shock reservoir. Adjusting fluid control under compression allows for fine-tuning shock performance to optimize for any driving conditions.

K53428T    25 4RUNNER 2WD 1.25-3" LIFT STAGE 8 SUSPENSION SYSTEM TUBULAR

STAGE 9 - CDXS

Take the next step up in shock tune adjustability with Stage 9, featuring ICON's proprietary Compression Damping Dual Speed valves, equipped on each shock and coilover. CDXS allows for independent control of fluid flow under compression, for both high-speed and low-speed fluid circuits. The result is a ride and performance perfectly dialed in for any terrain.

STAGE 12 - CDEV

ICON's incredible Compression Damping Electronic Valve technology joins the lineup at Stage 12. At this stage, rear suspension links are removed to budget for the CDEV system, powered by ICON Intelligent Control. CDEV with IIC ingeniously reacts to terrain and driving conditions almost instantaneously to adjust compression damping on the fly. The result is flawless performance where the vehicle's suspension adapts automatically to changing conditions in microseconds. All of this can be set up, controlled and monitored through the integrated app on your phone for a state-of-the-art driving experience.

K53432T    25 4RUNNER 2WD 1.25-3" LIFT STAGE 12 SUSPENSION SYSTEM TUBULAR

STAGE 13 - CDEV

Stage 13 continues to build on ICON's CDEV and IIC-equipped suspension systems with the addition of Billet or Tubular Lower Rear Suspension links to improve rear suspension travel and articulation.
