2023 Ford Super Duty 2.5
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics presents our comprehensive array of 2.5" Complete Suspension Systems for 2023 Ford F250 & F350. ICON has optimized spring rate, ride height and valving to the specific needs of the gas and diesel engine versions of these trucks. The systems are arranged in 5 Stages with variations for Coil Spring or Coilover Conversion, along with two optional upgrades for Radius Arms and/or rear leaf Expansion Packs, for a total of 54 different system configurations.

Before we jump into the details of Stages 1 through 5, here's a quick breakdown of how each stage is further segregated:
Coil Spring Systems: Diesel or Gas
Our basic Stage 1 through 5 Suspension Systems for Ford Super Duty feature upgraded ICON-engineered dual rate front coil springs to provide lift height and superior performance over stock without using coil spring spacers. Kits are available for either gas or diesel equipped trucks to optimize performance based on engine weight.

Coilover Conversion Systems
To fully realize suspension performance potential, ICON Coilover Conversion Systems replace the stock coil spring and shock configuration with ICON 2.5 VS Series Coilovers to improve travel, damping, and packaging.

Upgrade: Radius Arm Systems
All five Ford Super Duty Suspension System stages are available with the Radius Arm Kit upgrade. ICON radius arms improve front axle alignment while allowing bind-free travel and improved articulation.
Upgrade: Expansion Pack Systems
ICON’s FSD Expansion Pack upgrades rear leaf springs to add suspension height without lift blocks while improving rear suspension performance.
Suspension System Stages
Stage 1 Suspension Systems
Stage 1 systems feature ICON dual stage front coil springs with 2.0 Series shock absorbers or 2.5 VS coilovers on coilover conversion systems. Rear shocks are ICON 2.0 Series internal reservoir shocks. This setup provides 2.5 inches of front lift while improving ride quality and handling.
