ICON 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD, 2-3.5" Lift, Stage 1 3.0 Suspension System, Billet, w/ Leaf Packs

Tougher, stronger, and more capable - That's the motto that General Motors used when debuting the all-new fleet of heavy-duty trucks in 2020. ICON Vehicle Dynamics stayed true to GM engineers' thought process with the development of our suspension systems for the 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 HD trucks. Using ICON's holistic engineering philosophy, our R&D team went above and beyond to develop several stages of complete suspension systems that provide varying levels of adjustability, capability, and overall vehicle performance. ICON's Stage 1 3.0 system is comprised of CDCV-equipped V.S. 3.0 Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, rear leaf spring packs, and torsion keys that allow for 2-3.5” of front lift height adjustment. The ICON vehicle-specific tuned 3.0 Series shocks with CDCV are the key to attaining optimum ride quality and getting that desired comfort with the 3/4 & 1-ton working capability with their larger diameter, piston area, internal bump zones, and oil volume working to control rough terrain better than smaller diameter shocks. Remote reservoirs also greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. The included ICON CDC Valves are externally adjustable valves that restrict oil flow into the reservoir, which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges.

The included ICON billet aluminum upper control arm kit is designed to improve overall performance with corrected front-end geometry, increased on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment, improved suspension component clearance, and, when paired with the extended travel front shocks, increases wheel travel over the OEM configuration to maximize suspension performance. Additionally, replacing the OE ball joint with the serviceable and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint Pro HD allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. The included torsion keys install onto the factory torsion bars and allow for 2-3.5” of front lift height adjustment to allow for a level stance and larger, more aggressive wheel and tire fitment. ICON rear leaf packs provide improved ride quality while maintaining factory rear ride height. These full replacement leaf back lowers the rear spring rate approximately 20% compared to stock, as well as shifts the overload transition point higher in the suspension travel to improve small bump compliance.
