The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ultimate Front End Kits are designed to improve the steering feel, vehicle control, and overall drivability of your vehicle by replacing and upgrading critical worn OE components. Partnering with our friends at Dynatrac, ICON is happy to pair our suspension components with Dynatrac HD BallJoints to provide a complete front-end suspension solution to solve common steering problems that can lead to loose steering feel, decreased stability, erratic tracking down the road, uneven tire wear, and even death-wobble.

This Stage 5 Ultimate Front End Kit for the 2005-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD features the ICON Adjustable Track Bar to help center the axle of your Super Duty and allow for increased suspension travel and articulation. A massive FK Rod End at one end, along with greaseable and replaceable OE style ball joint at the other end yields the best combination of maximum travel and articulation while also removing bushing deflection for improved handling characteristics. ICON’s exclusive rod end Double Adjuster Sleeve allows for fast, easy “on-vehicle” adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. This allows for easy correction of axle location and dialing in precise tracking whenever adjustments are made to ride height. The track bar is made of CNC bent 1.625” x .250” wall 1026 DOM tubing with CNC machined threaded end and ball joint housing with a multi-stage black powder coat finish.

This Stage 5 Ultimate Front End Kit also includes an ICON Dual Steering Stabilizer System is designed to minimize bump steer feedback and smooths out the roughest of terrains felt through the steering wheel. By mounting the 2.0 Aluminum Series shock absorbers in an opposing manner the push/pull effect from their internal pressure is canceled out. This allows for far greater steering damping than available from a single, similarly sized steering stabilizer shock while ensuring the truck tracks straight down the road. This system bolts to the factory differential cover and wraps around the axle for a secure fit without cutting, welding or drilling. The shocks are connected to the tire rod with black anodized billet aluminum clamps for a secure fit and clean finish.

Stage 5 also includes a full set of front upper and lower Dynatrac HD BallJoints. Dynatrac HD Balljoints feature heat-treated high-strength billet bodies with chromoly stems along with a heat-treated, precision-ground stainless-steel ball. Unique seals prevent contamination, and the ball joints have greaseable fittings and PTFE-coated wear points to provide a long, durable service life. These high-end ball joints Are also rebuildable what still installed in the front axle housing. The OEM ball joints often wear quickly with larger off-road tires, many road miles, or extreme off-roading. Replacing worn factory ball joints with Dynatrac HD BallJoints, built specifically for the rigorous demands of these vehicles, provides a long-term solution and help maximize the overall drivability of the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty.

Also included with the Stage 5 kit is the ICON 2005-2024 Ford Super Duty Track Bar Ball Joint Kit, a high quality, high strength replacement track bar ball joint for Ford F-250 and F-350. Their metal on mental internal construction ensures a rigid joint for improved handling characteristics and elimination of wobble associated with a sloppy ball joint and their greaseable design provides a long service life. This direct press-in replacement installs into either OE axles or ICON Vehicle Dynamics’ adjustable track bars, restoring the track bar back to “like new” feel.

Being able to set the Caster and Camber Alignment into proper specifications is critical for balance and stability of your Ford Super Duty. So, to round out the Stage 5 kit is the ICON Vehicle Dynamics' 2005-2024 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty Alignment Cam Kit to provide additional caster to align your Super Duty back into factory spec when lifted with our suspension systems. Ford Super Duty Alignment Cams ensure that your vehicles suspension and steering are working in precise coordination, improving overall drivability.
