The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ultimate Front End Kits are designed to improve the steering feel, vehicle control, and overall drivability of your vehicle by replacing and upgrading critical worn OE components. Partnering with our friends at Dynatrac, ICON is happy to pair our suspension components with Dynatrac HD BallJoints to provide a complete front-end suspension solution to solve common steering problems that can lead to loose steering feel, decreased stability, erratic tracking down the road, uneven tire wear, and even death-wobble.

This Stage 5 Ultimate Front End Kit for the 2017-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD features the ICON Adjustable Track Bar to help center the axle of your Super Duty and allow for increased suspension travel and articulation. A massive FK Rod End at one end, along with greaseable and replaceable OE style ball joint at the other end yields the best combination of maximum travel and articulation while also removing bushing deflection for improved handling characteristics. ICON’s exclusive rod end Double Adjuster Sleeve allows for fast, easy “on-vehicle” adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. This allows for easy correction of axle location and dialing in precise tracking whenever adjustments are made to ride height. The track bar is made of CNC bent 1.625” x .250” wall 1026 DOM tubing with CNC machined threaded end and ball joint housing with a multi-stage black powder coat finish.

To properly damp unwanted steering inputs, Stage 5 includes the ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer with a through-shaft design to eliminate the push/pull sensation associated with traditional steering stabilizers, resulting in more consistent damping and symmetrical steering feel throughout the input range. The large 2.5-inch diameter stabilizer body and piggyback reservoir increases fluid volume to prevent performance fade due to heat and cavitation. This unit provides a significant increase in steering damping compared to the stock equipment, for an improved driving experience with both stock size and oversize aftermarket wheels and tires. The kit also allows for increased steering travel compared to other aftermarket steering stabilizers. The stabilizer body shares components with ICON's proven 2.5 Series shock absorbers, meaning the unit is fully rebuildable. 2.5 Series features a 6061 hard anodized aluminum shock body for excellent corrosion resistance and a beefy 7/8” chrome plated induction-hardened steel shaft. FK Rod End bearings provide precise function & feel throughout steering range.

Stage 5 also includes a full set of front upper and lower Dynatrac HD BallJoints. Dynatrac HD Balljoints feature heat-treated high-strength billet bodies with chromoly stems along with a heat-treated, precision-ground stainless-steel ball. Unique seals prevent contamination, and the ball joints have greaseable fittings and PTFE-coated wear points to provide a long, durable service life. These high-end ball joints Are also rebuildable what still installed in the front axle housing. The OEM ball joints often wear quickly with larger off-road tires, many road miles, or extreme off-roading. Replacing worn factory ball joints with Dynatrac HD BallJoints, built specifically for the rigorous demands of these vehicles, provides a long-term solution and help maximize the overall drivability of the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty.

Being able to set the Caster and Camber Alignment into proper specifications is critical for balance and stability of your Ford Super Duty. So, to round out the Stage 5 kit is the ICON Vehicle Dynamics' 2005-2024 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty Alignment Cam Kit to provide additional caster to align your Super Duty back into factory spec when lifted with our suspension systems. Ford Super Duty Alignment Cams ensure that your vehicles suspension and steering are working in precise coordination, improving overall drivability.

  • TECH NOTE: Will not fit axles equipped with RCV axle shafts
