The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ultimate Front End Kits are designed to improve the steering feel, vehicle control, and overall drivability of your vehicle by replacing and upgrading critical worn OE components. Partnering with our friends at Dynatrac, ICON is happy to pair our suspension components with Dynatrac HD BallJoints to provide a complete front-end suspension solution to solve common steering problems that can lead to loose steering feel, decreased stability, erratic tracking down the road, uneven tire wear, and even death-wobble.

This Stage 5 Ultimate Front End Kit for the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK features the ICON adjustable front track bar. front track bar is great solution ensure that the Jeep’s axle is properly centered under the vehicle in addition to providing other benefits. ICON’s Double Adjuster allows for on vehicle adjustment to streamline the front-end alignment after installation. A maintenance free, multi-durometer bushing paired with a 3/4” rod end bearing virtually eliminates the deflection that is common in the stock track bar bushings. This added rigidity improves vehicle handling and helps prevent possible front-end wobble issues from more compliant bushing materials. These joints also improve the overall articulation by allowing the suspension to cycle fully without binding.

To improve steering damping and wobble prevention this Stage 4 features the ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer to damp steering inputs and eliminate steering wobble. Engineered to provide consistent steering damping with a through-shaft design, the ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer eliminates the common push/pull sensation associated with traditional steering stabilizers and features an adjustable “Drive Zone” with 9 levels of damping that affects 110 degrees of steering wheel input to the left or right of center. This allows the end user to customize how tight or how loose their vehicle handles in the middle of the steering range. Developed with a wide range of aftermarket JK components in mind, this stabilizer is a high clearance design with a rotatable reservoir that allows for fitment on all ICON lift systems as well as most other lifts on the market. This new Centerline Steering Stabilizer shares the same great build features as our proven ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks. These features include a clear anodized 6063 aluminum shock body for corrosion resistance and a 5/8” chrome plated hardened steel shaft for durability, premium 5WT shock oil that provides consistent damping characteristics across a wide operating temperature range, and a high temperature, long wear seal pack that stands up to harsh conditions found both on and off-road. The Centerline Stabilizer mounts using CNC machined billet aluminum 1-3/8” tie rod clamps (1-5/8” clamps available) and the rod end features FK spherical bearings for precise and reliable operation.

Stage 5 also includes of a full set of front upper and lower Dynatrac HD BallJoints. Dynatrac HD Balljoints feature heat-treated high-strength billet bodies with chromoly stems along with a heat-treated, precision-ground stainless-steel ball. Unique seals prevent contamination, and the ball joints have greaseable fittings and PTFE-coated wear points to provide a long, durable service life. These high-end ball joints also use an exclusive snap-ring safety feature design to prevent the ball joint bodies from moving in the axle housing under the heavy weight of large tires in extreme terrain. A Dynatrac installation kit is also included to make install a simple, straight forward process. The OEM ball joints often wear quickly with larger off-road tires, many road miles, or extreme off-roading. Replacing worn factory ball joints with Dynatrac HD BallJoints, built specifically for the rigorous demands of these vehicles, provides a long-term solution and help maximize the overall drivability of the Jeep Wrangler.

Being able to set the Caster Alignment into proper specifications is critical for balance and stability of your Jeep Wrangler JK. Rounding out Stage 5 is an ICON Vehicle Dynamics JK Alignment Cam Kit to provide additional adjustment over stock to align your Jeep JK back into factory spec when lifted with our 3" or 4.5" suspension systems. Jeep JK Alignment Cams ensure that your vehicles suspension and steering are working in precise coordination, improving overall drivability.
